Cherish Isaac is the Vice President of Sales Development & Operations at Insperity, a leading provider of human resources and business performance solutions designed to help businesses succeed so communities prosper. Cherish is a dynamic and results-oriented leader with over 26 years of progressive experience in driving sales growth, optimizing sales processes, and leading cross-functional teams. She has a proven track record of scaling sales operations, expanding market presence, and fostering leadership development.
As Vice President, she leads five distinct areas of the Growth Organization. Sales Talent Development, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Analytics and the Market Growth and Expansion team. Each team takes a multi-faceted approach to aligning cross-functional needs, and Cherish’s leadership of these areas has ensured all-around support of Insperity’s growing sales force allowing them to focus more acutely on selling and relationship building with clients.

Ivanti
As SVP Global Channels and Alliances, Michelle oversees Ivanti’s worldwide partner ecosystem. This is critical for Ivanti’s growth strategy, as partners are an extension of the team and allow for greater reach to meet customer needs.
Michelle’s professional passion is to discover the true value basis between a company, its GTM motion, and its ecosystem. She has global experience working with companies in international expansion both in operating and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Most recently, Michelle led the channel business at GitLab during its IPO. Her unique understanding of how indirect routes to market contribute to overall operating efficiency, revenue growth, and customer value was formed during her time with companies like Microsoft, VMWare and Business Objects; building global channels, services and alliance opportunities.
Michelle holds an M.B.A. International Management and an M.A. International Policy Studies from Monterey Institute of International Studies – Monterey, CA.; and a B.A. French Literature and Philosophy from Whittier College, Whittier, CA.
David Schlosser
COO, ThunderCat Technology
David Schlosser, also known as Dave, has been in the IT industry for over 30 years. He is currently Chief Operating Officer of ThunderCat Technology, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. ThunderCat is a leading solutions partner to the U.S. Government, educational institutions, and commercial companies. Dave leads the Sales teams focused on selling to Federal agencies, State and Local agencies and Commercial customers. Dave currently is a member of executive advisory councils for many of ThunderCat’s partners. Dave also advises companies on how to start and grow Public Sector sales teams.
Prior to ThunderCat, Dave was at NetApp Federal for 6 years where he held the position of District Sales Manager, leading the sales teams calling on Civilian accounts. Prior to that, Dave spent 18 years at Sun Microsystems Federal where he held the position of District Sales Manager for DOD accounts. While at Sun Microsystems, Dave also held positions of DOD Sales Rep, Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator and other technical positions. Dave also spent 7 years at NBI Inc, where he was in a number of technical positions.
Dave has a strong track record of building successful sales teams and has vast experience in selling solutions to the U.S. Government. Dave is a graduate of Control Data Institute where he earned a degree in Customer Engineering. Dave spent many years coaching his sons in basketball in the Catholic CYO league and in the Herndon High School Optimist league.
Brigadier General Chad Raduege (Retired)
Chad retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2023 as a general officer with nearly 29-years of cyber operations, communications, and information technology experience. He is a seasoned 9-time commander, leading complex international organizations, and a thought leader with vast strategy development, policy, resource management, operations, risk mitigation, and budget experience.
As Commander of the White House Communications Agency, Chad oversaw an elite unit that provided assured communications and information services, anytime and anywhere, for the President, Vice President, National Security Council, and White House Staff, from the Oval Office to travel locations worldwide. Chad’s final assignment was the Director of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Cyber, as well as, Chief Information Officer for U.S. European Command, where he ensured communications readiness across the European theater -- with NATO, the world’s premier military alliance, and 51 countries -- through policy and security cooperation efforts.
In addition, Chad serves as the Chairman and CEO of the Air Force Cyberspace & Air Traffic Control Association, is a member of the Board of Directors for AFCEA International and is a member of the Board of Advisors for both the Military Cyber Professionals Association and the Air and Space Forces Association’s Cyber Patriot Program. He earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.
In his new role Chad Raduege is the Executive Director, Oklahoma Cyber Innovation Institute at The University of Tulsa. He leads an Institute focused on developing, testing, and deploying cyber research outcomes and technology developments. The University of Tulsa is leveraging nationally recognized cyber scholars in academia and research, in addition to Tulsa’s dynamic business and innovation community, to meet the global demand for cyber talent and technology.
Barb Huelskamp

Barb Huelskamp is the Sr Vice President of Global Channels & Alliances at Qualys. She is responsible for the partner strategy, program, and global team driving mutual growth and value with channel partners. During her +25-year career in channel and sales leadership, she has delivered global revenue growth leading transformative channel strategies that increase market share, accelerate growth, and forge new partnerships/alliances. Her professional experience also includes program development, process improvement, and helping partners with complex change management or business transformation.
Prior to joining Qualys, Barb led the global partner strategy and program at Alteryx analytics automation, and ISV GTM strategies and Public Sector Partner Programs globally at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Before AWS, Barb served as vice president of global channels at MicroPact, and vice president of NA channels at Polycom and Jabra. She has created or optimized partner programs attracting new global system integrators and strategic partners resulting in channel-led sales.
An avid community member, Barb is a board member for CRN’s Women of the Channel, and mentors young professionals through a variety of organizations. She is also an independent Board Director at Leading Like a Lady non-profit organization.
Barb lives near Charlotte, NC with her husband Paul. They enjoy time with their four adult children, sons-in-law, and grandchildren as often as possible.
Patricia Bogoevici

In this role, she is responsible for defining, building, and executing the strategy for technical solution selling and enablement for Nutanix’s global partner ecosystem, which includes global and regional system integrators, strategic alliances, independent software vendors and distribution and resale channel partners.An experienced IT executive with more than 20 years in the industry, prior to joining Nutanix Patricia was part of the sales leadership at Red Hat and VMware. As a presales leader focusing on large financial services accounts, she had a strong collaboration with global services integrators on digital transformation and application modernization projects, focusing on the adoption of infrastructure-as-code, containers, and platform-as-a-service.
Linda Hutchinson

Linda Hutchinson is the Global Partner Leader for Ciena and is responsible for all aspects of Ciena’s award winning Ciena Partner Network Ecosystem (CPNe) program and operations. She also has global responsibility for the channel go-to-market strategy, partner sales, and field enablement for Solution Providers covering the Enterprise, Federal, Public Sector, and Network Operator markets. With over 15 years of leadership in channel-centric roles, Linda is known for “connecting the dots” to anticipate where high tech markets are converging. She’s a change agent adept at transforming sales organizations into high performing teams.
Prior to joining Ciena, Linda held senior sales leadership, corporate strategy, global alliance, and channel development roles at both Avaya and Nortel where she drove consistent achievement of targets ranging from $50M to $1B. Having also enjoyed a stint as an entrepreneur launching an information security and risk management consulting firm, she is a strong advocate for women in business, data privacy, information security, and STEM.
An active volunteer, she formerly led the Women In Technology Career Explorations team focused on raising STEM awareness within middle and high school girls. Linda received her Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Auburn University and her MBA from Emory University.
John Beauchert
John Beuchert is a seasoned channel executive with over 30 years of experience in driving double-digit sales growth through strategic global channel initiatives, analytics, and incentive-based programs. With a solid background in Cloud and Fortune 500 companies, John excels in leading rapid and effective organizational changes, even under challenging conditions. He has a proven track record of managing large global teams and handling substantial budgets exceeding $100 million. His aggressive leadership in global channel incentive and operational initiatives has consistently led to successful management of several multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and the associated channel integrations.
Outside of his professional life, John resides in Lehi, Utah, where he enjoys a variety of hobbies including cars and bikes (both motor and electric MTB), golfing, fishing, and watching collegiate and professional sports such as football, basketball, and Formula 1.
